Museum of Empire, Slavery, Colonialism and Migration Walking Tour and Workshop

This workshop was made in collaboration with Glasgow Botanic Gardens. The group learned about plants in the collection that have been brought to the UK through colonialism and migration. The day started with a walking tour through the glasshouses at the Botanics then followed with a conversation held at Hillhead Library. I approached this work with sensitivity as people were open about their thoughts in relation to the topics covered within the workshop.

The illustration was then used throughout a report following these deep conversations.
